There are a variety of ways to learn how to use the Client Registry, Resource Database and Export Wizard. Agencies and communities could participate in live online WebEx sessions, in-person training, online tutorials, or review step-by-step manuals. Live Online Training
Online training allows the user to sit in front of their desktop and learn from a live instructor using WebEx conferencing. It combines real-time desktop sharing with phone conferencing so everyone sees and hears the same thing—eliminating the need for people to travel and meet on site. CAN offers four core courses:
