There are two types of agency participation: Case Management and Resource. Each of these agencies play a vital role supporting client needs and identifying community resources for referrals.

Case Management Agency Participation

If your non-profit agency is providing Disaster Case Management, and would like to participate in CAN for case management, have your agency's leadership review and complete the Case Management Agency Participation Packet.

Resource Agency Participation

If your agency would like access to the other CAN tools, such as Resource Database, Calendar, Forums, and Library, but are not eligible for case management access, your agency's leadership should complete the Resource Participation Packet.
